Always include a photograph of your animal.
The photo has to contain the head, the face and the eyes of your animal.

I will need the following information:

• The full name and nickname you always use to call your animal.
• His/her age.
• Gender (and if it is castrated-sterilised).
• A photo of the face, the head and eyes of your animal. Of course it may be a photo of your complete animal, provided that the face of your animal is on it.
• Your full name (first en last name)
• Your questions to your animal.

I don't want to know more about your animal, because I want to get in contact as open as I can be. The less I know about your animal, the better I "openly" can receive information of your animal.

One of the standard questions, for example, is to ask about the health condition of your animal.

If your animal has a physical problem, this will hopefully come out, by making contact. But there are also animals that will not open up, as much as we want them to.

If you have a question about his/her "problem", you can describe the problem, but not in detail. I prefer to ask the animal itself what the problem is.

I try to do my best to give information about your animal, but keep in mind, that I’m not a veterinarian. If your animal has medical complaints, I would strongly suggest to see your local veterinarian as well.

Think hard about which questions you want to ask.
What is really important for you to know?

This does not mean that you have to come up with exactly 10 questions.
I might be able, while asking 5 questions for example, to receive so much information, that all of your questions are already answered.

CONSULT ON SHORT NOTICE
In case you need a consultation on short notice, you’ll get the results of your consultation within two days.
Mention clearly in your email that it concerns a consultation on short notice.

SPEED CONSULT
I also offer speed consultations.
With these consultations, you can ask one single question to one of your animals.

I can not cure medical complaints, but I can only report the complaints that the animal reports to me. I am not a veterinarian. I hope and wish that the owner goes to a veterinarian if this is the best for the animal. If an owner suspects that his/her animal has a physical problem, than it is always my advise to go see a veterinarian.
